When you send a message through the contact form on this website, it goes to the person or business who runs this site. They decide what to do with it and they are responsible for it.
What is collected
Whatever you type into the form, typically your name, your email address, and your message, together with the time you sent it.
What it is used for
To read your message and reply to you. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Who else is involved
This website was built and is hosted with Lumen. Lumen stores your message and emails it to the site owner on their behalf, and does nothing else with it. It is not used to train any AI system. Your IP address is not stored. A short-lived, one-way fingerprint is used only to stop automated spam, and it expires by itself.
How long it is kept
Until the site owner deletes it. They can do that at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what was collected, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact the owner of this website using the details on the site, because they can act on it directly. If you cannot reach them, write to support@lumenmade.io and we will pass it on.
